Today I speak to my own U3A branch at Neath on Christopher Tennant and his younger brother, Henry. Christopher was killed in the Great War while Henry followed him into the Welsh Guards and emerged from World War Two with a distinguished record and a Military Cross.
On Henry’s biography: I am now up to 11,000 words and he’s 10 years old and attending Pinewood Prep School. At the moment he’s not quite the scholar and a bit naughty (that changed later!)
